How our Management Services Organization Works!

August 19, 2026

We are pleased to share information about our Management Services Organization (MSO) developed for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that are part of our Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Our MSO was created in response to feedback from our FQHC partners and at the request of our Board of Directors.

FQHCs face increasing financial and operational demands to maintain high-quality and accessible care. To address these challenges, our MSO provides centralized services and group purchasing solutions that support day-to-day operations. Our offerings are designed to help our affiliated FQHCs perform administrative, operational, management, and other functions more effectively, reduce costs, and increase revenue.

The MSO focuses on practical priorities, including increasing value-based care revenue and strengthening operations, clinical services, and AI/IT infrastructure. FQHCs can select the services that best meet their needs. Our services are structured to be flexible. We fully understand that the needs for one FQHC may be different from the needs of another. That is why we created this opportunity!

We initially launched MSO services for Massachusetts FQHCs, building on our longstanding support model. Based on that initial deployment, select offerings are now available to all the FQHC members of our ACO throughout the United States.

As needs evolve, we will continue to enhance our services based on FQHC feedback and changes in the healthcare landscape.

We hope you will participate in upcoming webinars we will be hosting that will highlight the benefits you will derive through your participation in the MSO!
