Chief of Practice Transformation and Quality
As Chief, Practice Transformation and Quality at Community Care Cooperative (C3), Sue is responsible for leading practice transformation initiatives at C3’s fifteen health centers, developing relationships with community partners and health care organizations, and leading strategic initiatives to address social determinants of health. She is a senior executive with decades of experience building and leading organizations to execute vision and business strategies in not-for-profit, entrepreneurial and government environments. Over the last decade, Sue has led primary care organizations and provided strategic consulting to organizations developing primary care strategies and integrated delivery systems for complex populations. Her clients have included Commonwealth Care Alliance, Boston Medical Center, and the Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization. Previously, she developed the start-up, Benova, Inc., from a small non-profit to a $100 million business, providing outreach and call center services on behalf of government health care programs. Sue serves on several non-profit Boards of Directors including the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, and Primary Care Progress.
