Mimi Gardner, LICSW is the Chief Clinical Officer at Charles River Community Health. With over 30 years of executive experience in healthcare and behavioral health, she has worked in the private sector and is a licensed independent clinical social worker. Mimi previously had been responsible for guiding the behavioral health care initiatives of HealthLinc, a federally qualified health care center in Indiana, as the Chief of Behavioral Health and Addiction. Mimi Gardner has a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago. She is currently working on her MPH at Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her experience in the healthcare field has allowed her to be creative and innovative in reaching underserved populations. Her past work includes analyzing program deficits and creating solutions to improve outcomes and meet state and federal measures for individuals, children, and families.
