Patricia A. Nadle, B.S.N., M.Ed, is Chief Executive Officer of Outer Cape Health Services (OCHS), a Federally Qualified Community Health Center with health centers in Provincetown, Wellfleet, and Harwich Port. Ms. Nadle brings four decades of experience to this role, having held various executive management positions in healthcare. Prior to joining OCHS in 2015, Ms. Nadle served as Chief Nursing Officer at Saint Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island (North Providence, RI) from 2010-2015, and in years prior held senior clinical and management positions at Alegent Health (Omaha, NE), American Healthcare Solutions (Pittsburgh, PA), Cape Cod Hospital (Hyannis, MA) and Crouse Hospital (Syracuse, NY). She has also provided independent, expert clinical consultation on performance improvement. Ms. Nadle received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Elms College (Chicopee, MA) and her Master’s in Education (Business Management and Administration) from Cambridge College. She resides in South Yarmouth, MA and serves on the board of the Family Pantry of Cape Cod.
