Nandini Sengupta is a pediatrician and the Chief Medical Officer at the Dimock Center, where she has worked since 1994. She has led the Behavioral Health Integration efforts in Pediatrics and OBGYN at Dimock, and currently runs both these integrated programs. Other areas of interest and experience include teen health and improving primary care access for underserved children. Dr. Sengupta was funded via Harvard Catalyst’s Community Health Innovations and Research Program (HC-CHIRP) in collaboration with Safety Net community health centers to develop Dimock’s outcomes research infrastructure. During this process she had the opportunity to publish on provider’s perspectives on building research and quality improvement capacity in primary care: a strategy to improve workforce satisfaction, and on pediatric perspectives on behavioral health screening.
