Community Technology Cooperative (CTC)

CTC was formed to help Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) improve health and equity for under-resourced communities through technology. CTC is governed by FQHCs and is focused on transitioning our existing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to Epic.  CTC is live with 13 health centers, serving more than 861,550 unique patients annually.
