Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC)
Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)-led non-profit organization committed to providing better care and strengthening FHQCs nationwide by improving health center pharmacy services and operations.
CPC partners with FQHCs to improve clinical and financial outcomes.
We achieve this by helping our health center partners improve their 340B performance, build and enhance their clinical pharmacy services, and optimize and operate their own pharmacies.

CPC is unique: Our Board of Managers is composed of leaders from health centers that receive our services. As an affiliate of Community Care Cooperative (C3), a non-profit organization founded by and for FQHCs, our services are tailored to meet your needs. You are there to guide and inform our work so we can be a trusted source in helping you take control of pharmacy services at your clinic. Our non-profit mission means that all financial value is returned to you, so that you can continue to provide excellent care to your communities.

We partner with you so that you can focus on what you do best: providing high quality care to your patients and communities. We teach you how to navigate a complex regulatory environment and eliminate third parties, allowing you to take control of and operate your own independent pharmacy.
We help you optimize your current pharmacy by providing you with an assessment of operational best practices, that you can implement to allow you to improve financial performance and enhance prescription recapture. Our team collaborates with you to build, license, and operate your own pharmacy from design to pharmacy go-live, covering all needed areas including licensing, suppliers, vendor selection, and payor agreements.
