Mr. DeMalia returned to Community Health Connections in September 2013. He is one of the organization’s founding members and previously served as Community Health Connections’ Chief Compliance Officer from 2001 to 2010 and Director of Finance, Administration and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2006. He has extensive experience in healthcare and non-profit finance and operations and oversees all of CHC’s HRSA Section 330 funding implementation. During his recent tenure he was responsible for completing construction of the organization’s newest health centers (Fitchburg Community Health Center and ACTION Community Health Center) location and ensuring operational readiness. He is a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association, the Massachusetts League of Community Health centers, and the Medical Group Management Association.
